'Koninkrijksdag' or 'Kingdom Day' is a national day in the Netherlands, the Netherlands Antilles, and Aruba on 15 December, commemorating the signing of the Charter for the Kingdom of the Netherlands. This charter was signed by Queen Juliana on 15 December 1954.

The charter deals with the relation between The Netherlands and the overseas territories, the Netherlands Antilles, Netherlands New Guinea and Suriname and (since 1986) also Aruba. Presently Suriname and Nieuw-Guinea are no longer part of the Kingdom of the Netherlands, but the charter is still valid for the other territories.
