If your main destination is Belgium, the Netherlands or Luxemburg, you can apply for a visum at our embassy. If you are not a Macedonian citizen (for example from Kosovo), you can only apply at the Netherlands Embassy in Skopje if your main destination is the Netherlands. If your main destination is not any of the countries mentioned above you should contact the Embassy of the country of that destination.
Download the requirements for the type of visa you need (see column on the right side of this page) and collect and prepare the documents required to prove your identity, your actual situation and your main destination. Although we understand that collecting documentation can be annoying, you must take into consideration that it is the task of the applicant to proof the above mentioned situations. Lack of sufficient documentation or proof might cause delays in the process or refusal of your application.
If your documentation is complete, you can schedule an appointment via the visa information line: (+389 2) 3109-250 or via the online appointment system. Take into consideration that the time for processing your application will take three working days up to ten calender days. If the process will take longer than 10 calender days, you will be informed separately by the consular section.
Download the Schengen application form, print it out and fill it in carefully. If you cannot fill in a certain question, mark the field with "n/a". Make sure you sign the form.
Bring the form, together with the requested documents mentioned under bullet 2, at the time of your appointment.
