On 13 November  2007, 13 Macedonian garment manufacturers presented their collections at the "Showroom" exhibition in Rotterdam. Among the visitors were famous Dutch buyers such as Claudia Sträter, M&S Mode and M&B Fashion Group. The Showroom is a matchmaking event of  the Programme "Outerwear Macedonia",  which is a country tailored export coaching programme, implemented and managed by CBI,  an Agency of the Netherlands Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Since the start of  the "Outerwear Macedonia" in 2006, 23  textile companies from Macedonia received an extensive training on all subjects involved in "full export of a Ready Made Garment": from collection planning and fabrics sourcing to cost calculation. Several buyers visiting the Showroom in Rotterdam immediately agreed to start business with 10 of the   participating textile companies, while several  potential buyers already visited the factories in Macedonia. Preparations for two additional Showroom exhibitions are currently underway. The next Showroom will be held in Rotterdam at the end of May where 10  additional Macedonian producers will exhibit their collections.
