Public Debate "Challenges of the Implementation of Non-discrimination Principles"
The Center for Human Rights and Conflict Resolution (CHRCR) and the Macedonian Assocation For Free Sexual Orientation (MASSO), in cooperation with the Dutch Embassy, organised a debate entitled "Challenges of the implementation of non-discrimination principles" on 13-14 May 2008 at the Police Academy. The event marked the International Day Against Homophobia (IDAHO) on 17 May.
The promotion of human rights is one of the Dutch foreign policy priorities. Issues of non-discrimination, including gender equality and sexual and reproductive health and rights, form integral parts of the relevant Netherlands policies.
