The Dutch Defence Attaché LtCol A.L. Beglinger in close cooperation with Mrs. Julijana Stojanova (head of sector of Education and Training - MOD) invited staff members from MOD and ARM to participate in a three-day seminar ‘Management of changes and leadership’ which was held from 8 - 10 April at the Regional Training and Communication Centre (Goce Delcev barracks) in Skopje. The aim of the seminar is to understand the processes of changes, how to manage them and how to improve working processes. 

Focussing especially on the change processes within the Ministry of Defence of Macedonia the seminar took of on Tuesday 8 April and a variety of top and middle management from MOD and ARM participated. Thursday 10 April at closure of the seminar, Minister of Defence Mr. Lazar Elenovski, Dutch Ambassador H.E. Mrs. Simone Filippini and Defence Attaché LtCol Arthur Beglinger joined the group and participated in a discussion led by Mrs. Drs. Monika de Waal, a management consultancy specialized in personal effectiveness and change management. Shortly after, the ambassador presented each participant a certificate. She also took the opportunity to invite all for coming Queens Day celebration on April, 29th.

To the present media Minister Elenovski stated afterwards: "The Ministry of Defence will continue to be one of Macedonia’s trump cards on its path to NATO and this seminar only shows that we are ready to continue the reforms and face new challenges.”
