Cross Agency Application for MTEC Courses

Before filling out your application for an MTEC course, please review the instructions below. You will be able to recall the instructions at every phase of the application by clicking ‘Application Help’ at the top of the page.
- Choose your country and the course of your choice below to access the correct Electronic Application Form.
- Complete the Electronic Application Form. Pay special attention when entering your email address, if it is not correct you will not be able to complete your application. Please enter all information in English i.e. street names, this will help ensure a swift processing of your application. After completing the form, click ‘Review Electronic Application Form’. You will then be able to review your Electronic Application.
- After reviewing, and correcting your application click ‘Submit Electronic Application Form’.
- After submitting your application you will receive an email with a confirmation link within an hour.
If you have not received an email after 2 hours, you have most likely entered an incorrect email address. In that case fill out a new Electronic Application Form using a valid email address. - After clicking the link your Electronic Application Form will be confirmed and entered into the system.
You will then be able to print the Paper Application Form. - To complete your application sign the form and ask your employer to fill out the final question on the Paper Application Form. This step does not require a computer.
- You must then send the Paper Application Form to your local Dutch embassy.
