Within the framework of the Bilateral Defence Cooperation between the Kingdom of the Netherlands and the Republic of Macedonia the RTCC was supported by the Netherlands. This years support existed of furnishing the bedrooms of the centre. Furthermore the Foreign Language Training Centre as well as the Self Access Centre at Ilinden Barracks received some additional support. Therewith the Netherlands donated up to 60.000 Euros to the  Sector for Education and Training of the ARM.

The handover ceremony, hosted by Head of Division for Education and Training, Mrs Julijana Stojanova was attended by  Deputy Minister of Defence Emil Dimitriev, Ambassador H.E. Simone Filippini, Defence Attaché LTC Ton Koedam, CGS Advisor Major General Zoran Lekovski, Commander Training Command Col Ljubco Kostovski, G3 Col Zoran Sekulovski and quit some press.
