As a result of the agreements within the bilateral program between Macedonia and the Kingdom of the Netherlands, the ARM was promised support in renovating part of the Military Hospital. The Netherlands found a partner willing to contribute and sharing the costs in the Royal Norwegian Embassy. After an evaluation by the defence attachés offices it was agreed upon to support the Military Hospital with the renovation of part of the Medical Training Centre. The renovation project will give the training centre far better opportunities to accommodate students from out the region.

LTC Ton Koedam gave the start of the renovation a personal touch.
