Mr. Rehn, who also visited Skopje in 2007, will talk with all relevant parties to gain a clear understanding of the latest developments in Macedonia reagrding the EU pre-accession process in view of the country's ardent wish to get a date for negotiations later this year. In order to qualify for a date Macedonia has to implement 8 key priorities first, next to fullfilling the standing obligations of the Stabilisation and Association Agreement.
